Subscription Tiers and Features
azzapp offers a premium subscription tier, azzapp+, that unlocks access to exclusive features, including premium WebCard sections, multi-section WebCards, and the Multi-user feature.
Subscription Plans
azzapp+ includes multiple plans, allowing users to select the subscription level that corresponds to the number of users invited to collaborate. All azzapp+ subscriptions include access to all WebCard-related premium features. The Multi-user packages are add-ons to the existing azzapp+ subscription, allowing the subscription owner to add shared users to their Multi-user activated WebCards. The subscription plans also differ slightly depending on whether the subscription is initiated on the AppStore or on the WebApp:
AppStore-based Subscriptions:
Centralized billing and subscription management through the AppStore.
Monthly and annual subscriptions available.
Multi-users packages and other azzapp+ features apply to all WebCards under the subscribed account.
WebApp-based Subscriptions:
Direct billing and subscription management through the azzapp WebApp.
Monthly and annual subscriptions available.
Multi-user packages are specific to individual WebCards.
Other azzapp+ features apply to all WebCards under the subscribed account.
Auto-Renewal and Payment
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and will automatically renew unless canceled. Charges for renewal occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Transferring azzapp+ Subscription
It is not possible to transfer azzapp+ subscription to another user. However, it is possible to transfer the ownership of a WebCard with an activated Multi-user feature to one of the shared users. Here is how different scenarios are handled:
New Owner Without azzapp+ Subscription:
• The new owner must create a subscription that meets the requirements of the transferred WebCard.
New Owner With Sufficient Subscription:
• If the new owner has a subscription with sufficient 'shared user' seats to match the transferred WebCard, the transfer is executed without any additional actions.
New Owner With Insufficient Subscription:
• The new owner must upgrade their subscription to match the necessary number of 'shared user' seats.
After Transfer:
• The previous owner's WebApp-based subscription is cancelled. If the old owner has other WebCards under their account that do not have an active subscription, they will lose the azzapp+ features for those WebCards.
• The previous owner's AppStore-based subscription continues to run. The number of used 'shared user' seats is updated to deduct the users that were transferred along with the WebCard.
Managing Your Subscription
When it comes to managing your azzapp+ subscription, you’ll find that the process is streamlined based on where you initiated your subscription:
WebApp Subscriptions:
If you subscribed via the azzapp’s WebApp, you can manage your azzapp+ subscription via the Billing page within the WebApp.

Cancel your subscription
Renew previously canceled subscriptions
AppStore Subscriptions:
If you initiated your subscription through the AppStore, manage it directly there.

Free trial
Eligible users can benefit from a free trial period, allowing them to explore all the premium features offered by azzapp+. This includes access to the Multi-user feature, premium WebCard templates and sections, and the ability to invite other users to collaborate on shared WebCards - and benefit from ContactCards and other exclusive functionalities.
Here’s how the free trial works:
Initiating the Trial: You can start the free trial to experience azzapp+ features firsthand (currently, the free trial can only be initiated from the mobile application, not from the WebApp platform.).
Feature access: During the trial, you’ll have complete access to all premium features.
Subscription decision: At the end of the free trial period, if you do not opt out of the azzapp+, the paid subscription will start.
Subscription start date: If you subscribe, your subscription begins at the end of the 7 days free trial.
Proceed without subscription: If you cancel the free trial and opt out of the azzapp+ subscription, your WebCards containing azzapp+ features will become unpublished. Shared users of Multi-user activated WebCards will lose access to their linked ContactCards. WebCards without azzapp+ features remain unchanged.
Future subscription: Should you later decide to subscribe to azzapp+, your WebCards and ContactCards will be restored.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, allowing continued access to premium features until then.
Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law or platform-specific guidelines.
Changes to Subscription Terms
We may modify subscription terms and prices, which will be communicated in advance using the contact information provided in your account.
