Types of Services and User Accounts
azzapp offers different services that may be used separately:
the free azzapp digital business card;
the paid “azzapp+” digital business card service;
the “Websites by azzapp” website creation service.
The features and prices associated with each service are described on the relevant pages of the azzapp Website.
Free Account
Under the free plan, the User can create and use an azzapp digital business card free of charge.
The Free Account is intended for individual use, whether personal or professional, and includes a limited set of features.
Individual “azzapp+” Account
The individual “azzapp+” Account gives the User access to additional paid features for their digital business card, as described on the Website.
Multi-User “azzapp+” Account
The multi-user “azzapp+” Account enables the primary user (the “Primary User”) to give additional users (each a “Sub-User”) access to the Services under the Primary User’s responsibility.
Each Sub-User may manage and share their own digital business card.
A Sub-User’s access depends on the subscription of the Primary User. The Primary User may revoke a Sub-User’s access at any time.
If access is revoked or the Primary User’s subscription ends, the Sub-User may lose access to the relevant paid Services and associated content.
Websites by azzapp
“Websites by azzapp” allows Users to create, edit, publish and manage a website using azzapp’s website creation tools.
Users may create and edit their website for an unlimited period while it remains in draft mode.
A paid Website subscription only starts when the User chooses to publish the website.
Users may publish their website using an azzapp web address or connect their own custom domain.
A Websites subscription is separate from an azzapp+ subscription. Subscribing to one product does not automatically include the other unless explicitly stated in an offer.
Users remain responsible for the content they publish on their websites, including text, images, videos, links and any other material they add or upload.
The User must ensure that their website and its content comply with applicable laws, these Terms and the rights of third parties.
Subscription Conditions
Paid azzapp services may be offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions, depending on the product and plan selected.
The applicable price and billing period are displayed before the User confirms the subscription.
Each paid subscription is subject to its own fourteen (14)-day free trial, where applicable.
azzapp+ Trial
An azzapp+ subscription includes a fourteen (14)-day free trial.
If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial period, it automatically becomes a paid subscription and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to the payment method provided by the User.
Websites by azzapp Trial
Users may create and edit a Website in draft mode for an unlimited period without starting a paid subscription.
The fourteen (14)-day Website trial starts only when the User chooses to publish the Website.
During the trial period, the Website may remain published and the User may continue editing and managing it.
If the Website subscription is not cancelled before the end of the fourteen-day trial, it automatically becomes a paid subscription and the applicable monthly or yearly fee will be charged to the payment method provided by the User.
Renewal and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The corresponding subscription fee will be charged to the payment method associated with the User’s account.
Users may cancel a subscription at any time.
If a subscription is cancelled during the free trial, no subscription fee will be charged.
If a paid subscription is cancelled, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The User may continue using the paid features until that date.
Payments already made are not refundable for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
For Websites by azzapp, when the subscription ends, the Website will no longer remain published.
