Introduction
Welcome to azzapp, a pioneering social media platform operated by APPCORP SARL, designed to help people to present themselves and share their contact details. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of azzapp’s services. By engaging with our platform, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing azzapp, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Eligibility
To use azzapp, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Your account must contain accurate and current information at all times.
User Conduct
As a user, you are responsible for all content you post or share on azzapp. You agree to not upload or disseminate any material that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. You are expected to respect the privacy and rights of fellow users.
Intellectual Property
Content you upload remains your property. However, by posting on azzapp, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as part of our service. You must not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Types of User Accounts
The Services are offered under two plans:
a free version;
a paid version (“azzapp+”).
The “azzapp+” offer is available as:
an individual account;
a multi-user account.
The features associated with each type of User Account are described on the Website under the “Pricing” page.
Free Account
Under the free plan (basic offer), the User Account is free of charge (“Free Account”).
It is opened by a single User for individual use, whether personal or professional.
The features of the Free Account are limited.
The Free Account does not allow the User to grant access to the Services to sub-users.
When the User wishes:
to unlock additional features for individual use; and/or
to deploy the Services to other users attached to them (such as employees or collaborators).
The User may subscribe to the paid “azzapp+” offer and open an individual or multi-user “azzapp+” Account.
The User may subscribe to a “azzapp+” Account directly online via the Mobile Application or the Website.
Individual “azzapp+” Account
The individual “azzapp+” Account allows the User to access additional paid features as described on the Website.
Multi-User “azzapp+” Account
The multi-user “azzapp+” Account enables the primary user (the “Primary User”) to grant access to the Services to additional users under the Primary User’s responsibility (each, a “Sub-User”).
Each Sub-User will have access to their own digital business card and enables them to manage and share their personal contact details.
Each Sub-User acknowledges and agrees that their right to access the digital business cards shared by the Primary User, and any related Services, is entirely dependent on the contractual relationship between the Company and the Primary User.
The Primary User may revoke a Sub-User’s access at any time, at their sole discretion.
Upon such revocation, the Sub-User shall immediately lose access to the digital business card(s) shared by the Primary User, as well as all related data and user content, without any right to compensation.
Subscription Conditions
The “azzapp+” offer includes a fourteen (14)-day free trial period.
The User may cancel the subscription at any time before the end of the trial period.
If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and the corresponding fees will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of subscription.
The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled by the User prior to renewal.
The applicable fees will be charged to the registered payment method unless updated by the User.
The payment method may be modified in the “My Account” section, by contacting customer support or through the relevant app store account, where applicable.
The User may cancel the subscription at any time before the renewal date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds shall be issued for any unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
