Share via email signature

The email signature feature in azzapp allows you to create a personalized signature based on your azzapp Card, making it easy to share your contact details in every email you send.

How to access

You can set up your email signature from both mobile and web:

Mobile app

  • Open the Card menu (three-dot button under the Card on the Home tab) and select “Email signature”

  • Or open the Tools tab and tap “Email signature”


Web platform

  • Click “Email signature” in the sidebar menu


What it includes

Your email signature is automatically generated from your Card Information.

It can include:

  • Avatar

  • Name

  • Title

  • Company name

  • Phone number(s)

  • Email address(es)

  • Logo


Customization options

You can further personalize your signature by:

  • Adding a signature-specific logo

  • Adding a banner, displayed below the signature


The signature also includes a Save my contact” button, which works like your Card link - allowing recipients to view your azzapp Card and to save your contact information.

You can also choose to display only the “Save my contact” button, without the other elements.

How to use it

Once your signature is generated, you can add it to your email client:

Mobile app

  • Tap “Add signature to your email” to receive an email with instructions

  • On iOS, you can also copy the signature directly from the azzapp app


Web platform

  • Copy the signature directly from the signature screen

  • Paste it into your email client of choice
