Connecting HubSpot

To connect HubSpot to your Card:

1. Log into your azzapp account on the WebApp.

2. Open the Integrations tab from the sidebar menu.

3. Click Add Integration.

4. Select HubSpot and click Connect.

5. Sign in to your HubSpot account. If you do not yet have a HubSpot account, you can create one during this step.

6. If HubSpot displays an authorization request, review the requested permissions and approve the connection.

7. Once the authorization is complete, you will be redirected back to the azzapp WebApp.

The HubSpot connection will now appear in the Integrations tab.

Synchronizing Contacts

After the connection has been established, you can choose between Manual Sync and Automatic Sync.

Manual Sync

With Manual Sync, contacts are synchronized only when you click Sync Now.

To synchronize your contacts:

1. Open the Integrations tab.

2. Locate the HubSpot integration.

3. Click Sync Now.

This synchronizes all contacts from your azzapp contact list with HubSpot.

Any future changes made to contacts in azzapp will not be synchronized until you perform another manual sync.

Automatic Sync

With Automatic Sync enabled, azzapp automatically synchronizes contacts whenever a contact is added or updated.

To enable Automatic Sync:

1. Open the Integrations tab.

2. Locate the HubSpot integration.

3. Enable the Auto Sync toggle.

When Automatic Sync is activated, azzapp immediately performs a synchronization of all existing contacts.

After that, new contacts and contact updates are synchronized automatically.

Viewing azzapp Contact Data in HubSpot

After synchronization, your contacts will appear in the HubSpot contact list.

During the integration setup, azzapp automatically creates a number of dedicated contact properties in HubSpot to store information such as:

• azzapp meeting date;

• azzapp notes;

• azzapp tags;

• azzapp additional phone numbers;

• other azzapp contact fields.

To display these properties in the HubSpot contact view:

1. Open any contact in HubSpot.

2. Click Actions.

3. Select Customize properties.

4. Click Add properties.

5. Search for properties beginning with azzapp.

6. Select the properties you want to display.

7. Click Save.

You can also add other HubSpot properties that are relevant to your workflow, such as Company Name and other standard HubSpot fields.

Managing the Connection

The Integrations screen displays:

• the connection status;

• the date and time of the last synchronization;

• synchronization controls.

You can disconnect the HubSpot integration at any time and reconnect it later if required.

Notes

• HubSpot synchronization is one-way, from azzapp to HubSpot.

• Changes made directly in HubSpot are not synchronized back to azzapp.

• Contact updates are synchronized to existing HubSpot contacts rather than creating a new contact for every change.

• HubSpot may apply its own duplicate-detection rules depending on your HubSpot configuration.
