Shared Contacts Management

For Cards with the Teams feature activated, azzapp provides a shared (unified) contact list that combines contacts collected by all team members.

How it works
  • Contacts created by team members are stored in a shared contact list linked to the Card

  • Each contact is labeled with the member who created it

This gives teams a complete view of their collective network.

Access and visibility

Web platform

  • The unified contact list is available in the Contacts tab

  • Visible to:

  • Owner

  • Admins

  • Editors and Users can access the Contacts tab, but only see their own contacts

Mobile app

  • All members (including Owner and Admins) can only see their own contacts

Sorting and filtering

On the web platform, you can organize the shared contact list by:

  • Sorting by:

  • Name

  • Company name

  • Creation date

  • Location

  • Filtering by creator

  • Hover over the “From” column label

  • Select one or more members to filter contacts by who created them
